Dr. Fitch has been a pastor, educator, denominational worker, and author. He holds degrees from Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has led conferences in forty-eight of the fifty states including Alaska and Hawaii, and in Europe.
His lifelong interest has been a study of the New Testament, its language, concepts, and message. He has actively explored the history and background of biblical materials and the world in which they were written.
His passion has been Jesus and his revelations. He has been a lifelong evangelical in spirit and lifestyle, but he has not felt bound by traditional understandings if they seem inconsistent with biblical materials. His pursuit of understanding has led to some very unorthodox conclusions that are reflected in his writings.
He has recently begun to publish his discoveries. Numerous books will be released dealing with various parts of the New Testament message, including his personal translation of some of the biblical books.
A Texan, Dr. Fitch and his family have lived and served there and in Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
