About Gail Cassidy
After years of teaching whether as a high school English teacher, as a trainer/writer for IBM, or instructor/trainer for Dale Carnegie, Gail Cassidy was most impacted when she taught English to high school dropouts, ages 18 to 25, many former prison inmates and many awaiting their trials. From these students she learned more than from all of her previous training; namely, there is something special about everyone, no matter their background and/or circumstances. Most of her books reflect her beliefs in the importance of acceptance, validation, and inclusion for every person.

Fiction: Seeing the Invisible
In the words of one student, "The final and probably most important skills that I learned was to only look for the positive in people. Because we were instructed to write down only positive things on our evaluation cards, picking out the good in people instead of bad has become second nature to me, This skill not only makes other people feel better, but it also reflects itself on my own disposition, When a person learns to see the positive in other people, it brings a much more peaceful, optimistic outlook to the rest of the world around them.” -Alessandra M.
