Since we are all a product of our environment, to list what has affected our lives, would take up many pages, much more time. But every day changes us in some way, however great or small. Good or bad. It's a thing we have to live with. Each and every one of us.

For myself, I have traveled North America a great deal. By car, truck, motorcycle and boat. Several times by train. A few by airplane, as both pilot and passenger. It would be much easier to say where I haven't been than to count up the places I have. Along the way I've had more jobs than I ever needed to. But, I did learn quite a bit from them. All the different personalities from every locale. Their goals and desires. I add those to my characters, sometimes even my own. Now days ... I'm pretty much a Florida guy.

Stephen King said that "The monsters are real. The ghosts too.."

I happen to agree, and sometimes I let them out.
