James Carter

James Carter is the founder of Be Legendary and creator of the Flag Model, a diagnostic for executive-team performance built on one principle: truth over comfort. For 25 years he has worked inside the room where leadership teams make their hardest calls, designing real-stakes experiences for more than 1,500 companies and over 500,000 participants.
