Dr Oliver Inderwildi is head of the Forum for Global & Climate Change at the Swiss Academy of Sciences, Senior Visiting Fellow at Cambridge CARES in Singapore and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Prior to his current appointments, Oliver was a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum, head of the Low-Carbon Energy Centre at Oxford University's Smith School and a visiting professor at the Scuola di Studi Superiori of the University of Turin and Junior Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge.
Oliver was educated in Science and Engineering at the University of Heidelberg, the Swiss Institute of Technology and the University of Amsterdam. He received additional training in economics and policy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and London School of Economics and Political Science. In addition, he holds an MBA jointly awarded by the École Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales in Paris and Mannheim Business School.
Research led by Oliver has been featured by CNN, The Guardian, The Telegraph, and many other newspapers. He is also regularly interviewed by news channels such as Euronews or the BBC World Service.
