Stephen E Lambeth

Stephen Lambeth was born in Santa Monica California in 1947 and is thereby an official "Baby Boomer". He grew up loving the beaches and mountains of his home state. After a successful sales career, with last years spent as a Sales Coach for major telecom firms, he retired with his wife of 33 years to a lakeside home in the upstate of So. Carolina. An avid action/thriller reader, and having researched the spec's of the newly launched world's largest cruise ship (Oasis of the Seas), he decided to speculate on just how a major cruise line would defend against a possible terrorist attack on such a ship. The result of that speculation was the believable thriller "Death Takes A Cruise", a two and a half year project from start to finish. Steve says the most painful thing about writing the book:

"The initial agonizing thought of writing over 100 pages, and then, after the project, the agonizing task of cutting over 50 pages to bring it down to 170,000 words!"
