Daniel Boerman

Daniel Boerman grew up on his dad's farm in rural Allegan County located in southwest Michigan. He was part of a tiny Dutch Reformed farming community. Later he graduated from Calvin College and Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He worked for twenty-nine years in retail and builder's hardware. As a freelance writer, he has published numerous essays on a variety of topics in various religious periodicals. He has also authored book reviews, poems and fiction. Boerman still lives in rural West Michigan. He and his wife have two adult children and three grandchildren.
