George T. Horvat

Born in Milwaukee Wisconsin 1938 in a neighborhood called Piggsville. The second oldest of eleven children. Raised in poverty by two alcoholic parents. Turned to crime early in life, with two felony convictions, learning quickly that there's no future in that direction. Married at age twenty-two to wife Carol who died on Christmas Eve of 1982 of cancer. Have two children and never remarried. Worked at many manufacturing professions including assembly, welding, machining and ended up in supervision. Only upon retirement was I afforded the time needed to start a writing career, with four novels now to my credit.
