Lol Cohen

Lol (Laurence) Cohen is the founder and guiding light of the Picture of Health Clubs. He was born and bred off Penny Lane, Liverpool and as a teenager frequented the Cavern Club whose acts turned Liverpool into the centre of the musical world. Surrounded by such musical legends it was only natural that he became an accountant!

As a Chartered Accountant Lol has spent his whole working life in business and accountancy. He really was that stressed man in chapter 1 of 'Are You a Physical Wreck or a Mental Washout or Both! ,and has suffered many misfortunes and personal tragedies in his life.

It was these events that made him re-assess his life and rebalance work and family. He has also spent most of his life doing Youth Work. His efforts and insights, combined with a study of the human physiology and stretching, have made him perfectly placed to promote the Picture of Health Clubs message to unwind body and mind.
