I have always loved maths. I see patterns in numbers everywhere. From an early age, my dad - a mathematician and physicist - taught me the importance of being able to quantify and qualify everything I said and did. Science was drilled into my thought process.

I trained as a research scientist in conservation, studying ecological systems of rare species, and then moved to retail banking because I wanted to understand the corporate world as well as the natural world. After a short stint at co-founding and running an events business, which unfortunately failed, I drew on the lessons of this and became a business coach and mentor, guiding young entrepreneurs on business plans and mindset.

My wife - also a business coach - and I were soon asked to present a business show on a radio station, and later a business show on TV for CNBC Africa.

Alongside all this, in my spare time, I researched number sequences. When I was introduced to numerology in 2009 I knew that it had the potential to be a more strategic science. I set out to answer whether it is possible to quantify and predict life's experiences through number patterns set by our date of birth and birth name. After more than ten-thousand hours of research, I realised it can!

The result of this research is the Human Intelligent Mathematical Blueprint (IMB), which I coined in 2018. It is a highly advanced version of applied numerology. This analytical model forms the basis of my current business Human Futurology.

When applied to key players in a business, my predictive model can reveal seasonalities of a leader's career; identify when a key executive is ready to take on a huge project; help HR managers develop career progression plans; guide board members on the best timings to take big decisions; and allow investors to foretell the success rate of founders.

If you think I am away with the fairies, it may help for you to understand that in 2022, at age 53, I was clinically diagnosed with Aspergers and Autism Spectrum Disorder. This came as a relief to me because it explained this intense gift I’ve always felt - to see coded synchronicities everywhere.
