Fabrizio Della Seta

Fabrizio Della Seta (1951), professor at the Facoltà di Musicologia of the University of Pavia in Cremona, is an Italian musicologist and a music historian with interests ranging from medieval to contemporary music. He has published critical editions of Verdi ("La traviata"), Rossini ("Adina") and Bellini ("I Puritani," forthcoming), and has also been interested in the study of the creative process, by publishing the sketches and drafts for Verdi's "La traviata."
