Lorie Eber

Lorie Eber enjoyed a 23-year long legal career as a corporate litigator, retired early and then embarked on a radical career change. After exploring a number of different options and doing some deep and painful soul searching, she did a radical 180 and became a Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach.

Ms. Eber also teaches Wellness courses that she created at Coastline College online.

She is well-educated in her field, earning the following credentials and certifications: National Board Certified Wellness Coach, Stanford University Nutrition Science Certification, Precision Nutrition Certification, Wellcoaches School of Coaching, Credentialed Wellness Coach, Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Cornell Center for Nutrition Studies, Plant-Based Nutrition, Fowler International Academy, Certified Professional Life Coach, and Professional Development Resources, Nutrition for Eating Disorders Certificate.

Lorie Eber established her own wellness coaching business, Lorie Eber Wellness Coaching, which provides one-on-one customized and personalized weight loss and healthy living coaching services. She doesn’t peddle quick weight loss products, but specializes in helping her clients achieve lasting behavior change so that they can live healthy lives in this junk-food laden society we live in today. She is also a nationally known speaker on a variety of health and wellness topics.

Lorie also “walks the walk” on health and fitness. She and her husband work out together seven days a week at the crack of dawn and follow a Mediterranean Diet centered on vegetables and fish. She still struggles to force herself to relax and to tamp down her workaholic predilections.
