My name is Frances Schmidt. I'm a dedicated Career Counselor and the former Director of the D'Youville College Career Services in Buffalo,NY.It has been rewarding to be able to help college graduates,established professionals, and the community with their job search.It is a passion which has grown over the last twenty five years.This book is self published and took me eight years to complete.The entire process was a labor of love.

As an adult learner I am also sensitive to the job search needs of career changers and first time graduates of any age.This book is a tribute to all college graduates and to those currently experiencing unemployment.
