Allison Nyssens

I gave up a career in law to raise my children, but when they were old enough to read for themselves, I was unhappy with the clone-like and trendy choices in children's literature. So I wrote something I liked.

My children are all grown now, but I still love the books I wrote. I believe that they are exciting, age appropriate stories, that sometimes touch on social issues in a way that children of 8-12 can understand.

My husband and I (and my children during this pandemic) live on a farm in Kent, England, with horses, chickens and cats. It's peaceful here.

I hope you enjoy my writing. I certainly enjoy writing stories.
