Eddy Ekmekji

Eddy Ekmekji was born in Baghdad, Iraq, to Armenian parents, spent a part of his childhood in Beirut Lebanon, and immigrated to the United States (California) in 1986 at the age of 10. In high school, he came to deeper faith at his local church that motivated him to continue to grow in his own discipleship. He went to college at UC Davis, where he got involved and eventually joined the staff team of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Since 1998, he's been serving on college campuses as a campus minister. He and his wife and three children live in Los Angeles where he directs the ministry to Black Students.
