Janet Holt

Janet Holt was born in New Mills in the Peak District of Derbyshire, England, in 1950. Living in New Mills until 2010 she worked as a farmer, running her own livestock farm and, for much of the time, also working as a legal executive in a solicitors office. She started writing The Stranger in my Life in 2009 with the help of her co-author, Helen Parker.
