Mary L. Clark Baier

Clueless is my first book. I have been in the public service industry all my life and have become disgusted with the track customer service and employee behavior in the workplace is going. I thought I would write a small tutorial book that would give students, employers and employees some direction for their first job or interview or just to refresh current employees.

I attended Catholic grade school and high school. Went to work in the Financial World for 35 years. I worked my way from base level to management. I have experience in conducting interviews, hiring and firing employees along with communications, supervisory and leadership qualities.

I live in a rural area of Pennsylvania close to the Little League World Series in Williamsport. My husband, Ron, and I both work and farm. I still do home canning, gardening, reading and walking.

I enjoy volunteering for local charities. We have numerous rescue cats.
