Georges Vigreux

Hello,

I got a great grandfather (Maurice Guierre) who was a submarine commander and also a great writer. He won the Renaissance literary prize for one of his novels and was honorary president of the Société des Gens de Lettres. Nice !

He welcomed me to his large Provencal mansion with the library furnished with Jules Verne, Jack London, Arthur C. Clarke, A. E. van Vogt, Philip K. Dick and other more classic novels admirably bound. I devoured everything and it probably inoculated me with the writing virus ;-)

Today I try to follow in his footsteps. After training as a screenwriter and then working as a trainer and webmaster, I ended up doing it myself. I am fascinated by the unexplored capacities of our brain and convinced that we are far from having used all its power.

It shows in my stories:

- "Princess of the Dolphins" explores the unknown domain of the language of emotions between cetaceans and humans.

- "Mortelle Renaissance" is interested in our perception of time and our longevity.

- "Love stubbornly" turns to the hidden links between our body and our brain and to what we call "our soul".

- "Stones of stars" assumes that our mind can temporarily free itself from its body and travel to other worlds. For this novel, I won the 2016 Wattys Prize.

My job as a trainer has also made me write several professional books, very useful for those who want to start the profession of independent trainer or who also start writing. I have also created my own publishing house (Éditions la Pépinière) and a web platform that wants to bring together on the same site all the players in the book, including the self-published authors (Manuscree).
