Ann Wright lives with her husband in South Yorkshire. She has been writing for young readers for many years, and has had thousands of stories published in magazines and annuals in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the US.

When she's not writing she enjoys exploring old castles and forts, watching SF films at the cinema and, most of all, reading.
