Ann Jefferson

Ann Jefferson is Emeritus Professor of French at Oxford University and Fellow of New College, Oxford. She has written widely on French, and occasionally other literatures. Her interests lie in the novel, life-writing and cultural history from the 18th century to the present. She also translates from French into English.
