Through meditation and waking dreams I have come to believe that, beyond the conditioned self, we are all one being, interconnected and interdependent. Some of that filters through to my writing but my novels are mostly a bit of light-hearted metaphysical erotic fun with a touch of sci-fi. I guess I've always been dabbling with writing (since escaping school anyway). My first serious attempts were short stories with a pagan or shamanic theme and were published in the local pagan newsletter. A Jill of all trades I've worked variously in the media, health and education industries. Much fascinates me, whether its how to use a metal lathe, weld, knit Scandinavian style or tracking the family history back a bit further. Books are my other great love and draw me into mythology, history at the edge of recorded history (some might call it forbidden or alternate history), mystical traditions and gardening. I also have a love of languages.
