Don MacGregor

Don MacGregor (Revd) grew up in Leicester, England, had a scientific education and went on to teach science at a secondary school for 13 years. He studied various Eastern and contemporary spiritual paths before taking up the Christian path in 1983. In 1991 he commenced training for ministry in the Anglican Church, and gained an M.A. in Theological Studies. In ministry, he has worked in large and small churches in central England and as a Chaplain at Loughborough University before moving out to West Wales, where he was in charge of five churches, with oversight of fifteen, before retirement. He has always retained an interest in relating science to his spiritual beliefs, continuing to study various spiritualities both within and outside of Christian teachings, and has kept up with many new developments in science. "Blue Sky God" arises out of those reflections. His teaching background means he is an effective live communicator with all ages.

He has now embarked on the 'Wisdom' series, in which he hopes to gradually present a larger framework into which Christianity can take its place, the expansive, inclusive and universal framework of the perennial wisdom teaching, also referred to as Esoteric Philosophy. "Christianity Expanding: Into Universal Spirituality" is the introduction to the series, written in accessible style, with short chapters ending with questions for reflection and further resources, hencs it is suitable for small group study. Book 2 is "Expanding Scriptures: Lost and Found" and Book 3 is "The Christ and Jesus: The Difference".
