Shearon Hurst

Minister Shearon D. Hurst has been a servant of the Lord in the ministry for over 20 years. Shearon has a heart to encourage the body of Christ in their walks with Jesus. As the Lord fills her with His heartfelt words, she pours those words into others to encourage, strengthen, build them up, and draw them into a deeper, more intimate relationship with the Lord. Her love for the Lord is what drives her to take a leap of faith and lean on God’s infinite wisdom, because she knows with Christ nothing is impossible. Her writing ministry "Chosen One Outreach Ministry" has blessed thousands for over 10 years with daily words of encouragement.

Shearon can easily speak on the subject of letting go, let God, and get on with your life so you can move on a higher level. Having dealt with abuse, abandonment, rejection, and disappointment; Shearon overcame the odds against her and pressed her way forward as the Spirit of the Lord led her into a more glorious path. Shearon has a passion for the heart of women and can minister to the wounded and broken-hearted. Her plethora of life experiences gives value to her desire to share and help others.

Shearon is the author of two devotional books, “Where Peaceful Waters Flow” and “Shh! God Is Trying To Tell You Something.” These books are filled with words from the heart of the Father to remind everyone how much the Lord cares about them and the challenges they face. Her newest inspirational book, "Love Is Looking for You...Are You Ready?' was released in August 2020. These books are sure to bless everyone who reads it. Shearon also hosts a monthly radio show "Still Small Voice" Radio Show, to minister to those in need with words of hope and inspiration.

Shearon is currently working on my next two projects, "What Have You Done With Your Keys" and 'It Is Written" Both books should be released in 2021.

Shearon is studying Christian Counseling at Crown College. I have 4 wonderful (grown) children, and 6 beautiful grandchildren. When I am not busy with the ministry or writing, I'm trying out new dessert recipes (I love to bake), and listening to some good music. I enjoy spending time with my family whenever possible (especially the grandchildren), and traveling with my daughters Chelle, Angee, and my niece Christina, I think they keep me young.
