Hodges L. Golson

Hodges L. Golson (Hodge) grew up in South Carolina, graduated from Georgia Tech, worked for IBM, served two years as an officer in the US Army, earned a Ph.D. from Georgia State University and has been a consulting psychologist since graduate school. He's a founder of Management Psychology Group (MPG), a consulting firm, and eTest.net, an online assessment firm. His clients range from Fortune 50 firms to professional sports organizations, small partnerships and family businesses. His focus is on executive selection/development and team effectiveness. He has personally conducted over 10,000 psychological assessments for employee selection and career development. His books, Influence for Impact and Active Leadership, grew out of his practice and are used as training and development platforms for individuals and organizations.
