Barbara Parsons

Barbara Parsons grew up in Westchester County outside of New York City, with typical girlish ambitions to be a good wife and mother, which she proudly accomplished while raising three wonderful sons.

But her ambitions did not stop there. Her achievements also include building a highly successful and profitable training and development company, Enrichment Technologies Inc., which she has operated for over twenty years. In 1993 she developed the Enrichment Process™, which she has personally taught to thousands of people around the country. In 2001 she authored her book Take Flight with Your Life, which introduced the Enrichment Process™ to the reading public, and which continues to sell well today.

As a leader for Inscape Publishing, Barbara recruited, trained and developed a team of successful distributors and continued to gain credibility while helping others build their business. With her fellow “bad girl” Lauri Mitchell, she headed up national training teams for a major automotive project called “Customer One” in the US, for Chrysler Corporation. She has consulted and led training seminars for many major corporations such as Polaroid, Digital Equipment, and McDonald’s, and has been in high demand as a keynote speaker at various conferences.

For the past five years Barbara has donated endless hours chairing the major event at Rainbows for all Children “Canvases and Corks” helping to raise money for children that grieve from divorce, death or incarceration. Also on the Rainbows Women’s Board, she helps to achieve a variety of ways to bring in further financial assistance allowing children to receive their support.

An important component of Barbara’s success has been the encouragement given her by her fellow “bad girls”. Their unwavering support nurtured her courage and her dedication to making a positive difference. This support has grown deeper over the years, and she knows it will continue through any of life’s possible future challenges.
