The most recent book by Audrey Reed is "Exploring the World with Leon the Lightning Bug!" This book contains both English and Spanish. It is about noticing nature and how wonderful it is! The tour guide is Leon, short for Leonardo! Audrey was inspired to create this book in order to help make the world a better place by showing young readers pictures of plants, animals, trees, sunshine and water...and letting them take these images and grow them into part of their care and understanding of the world they live on.

Audrey Reed, has always valued efficiency and simplicity. That doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy lavish indulgences from time to time too though! Her passions include painting and chocolate. Her writing style is conversational and qwirky. She wants to make the world a better place though all aspects of life, including writing. She enjoys a mountainous amount of topics, from organizing closets to politics; from autobiographies to poetry...and the environment!

Readers benefit from her diverse experiences and life events. She takes these and creates her art.
