Linwood Bailey

Linwood Bailey is the Founder and Owner of Fields of Success, LLC. As a business and personal coach, Linwood partners with business professionals to assist them in addressing the career management challenges presented by today’s employment environment. The Fields of Success foundation is the “been there factor”—Linwood’s 34 years of experience managing and working in multiple industries and corporate cultures. His experience covers the pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and durable goods industries. He worked throughout the US and managed global functions.

Linwood experienced what today’s professionals are encountering, making decisions that impacted the careers of many individuals as well as being impacted by decisions made by the companies for which he worked.

Linwood earned his MBA at Indiana University, his undergraduate degree at Hampton University, and is a graduate of Coach University. He attained the rank of Captain in the US Army and is a Vietnam Veteran.
