When I left school, a teacher told me that I would not get much further in life; I should marry and become a home-maker. I had learning disabilities, years before it was realized a child was either stupid or lazy. I considered myself as both. "Thank you, M'am!" for the incentive. I work with my husband and son. I met my husband Clive in 1973 and had sons Sean and Mark. Sean was killed in a motor accident in 2002 before his 25th birthday. This was devastating in its entirety. Mark's divorced and works with Clive in their own business; we live in Kempton Park South Africa. Animals, the ocean and art are my passion and I find comfort, peace and expression therein.
I believe in tolerance and a fair chance to all. I despise hypocrisy.
