Mr. Everett B. Cole Jr.

Everett Cole (1948 – Present) was born in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, to an Army Officer and science fiction author. Consequently, he traveled with his family to Germany, Utah, California, Okinawa, and finally, Texas. He served in the United States Air Force on active duty for about 13 years and then in the Air Force Reserves for another sixteen years at which time he retired as an Air Force Officer. Graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering he was in the Titan IIIC System Program Office as well as human space programs including the Space Shuttle, Space Station, and Crew Exploration Vehicle. Mr. Cole became a Christian at the age of fifteen at a Church of Christ revival at the beginning of summer in Waco, Texas, met his future wife the following fall in a small farm town. She agreed to marry him when they were twenty-four and they enjoyed thirty-eight years of marriage until she passed away from cancer. He began writing “Some Shall Not Die” as a novel which his wife said was too long and should be broken into several smaller novels. The first of these novels in the series is “Some Shall Not Die – Philip.” Two others are in work.
