GRIFFITH DAY is co-owner with his wife Cheryl Day of Back in the Day Bakery

located in Savannah, Georgia.

Back in the Day Bakery is a neighborhood bakery and cafe where all of the products are made

in small batches by hand with an emphasis on quality, local ingredients. The bakery is

recognized nationally and locally for its down-home decadent desserts and Griffith's

creative savory mix to lunch and rustic breads served at the bakery daily.
