Dr. Jack Rosenfeld

I wanted to be a Clinical Psychologist from a young age. Still,I left the field a few years after I received my Ph.D.[Not good at early career choice!] I fell into consulting with a large firm, where I was fortunate enough to become a Partner, General Manager, and the Chief Psychologist. I started my own consulting business in 1983. I've worked with 140+ for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on three continents. Most of my work is in compensation, organization, and manpower. My two books are based on my work in the manpower area--individual assessment, coaching, management succession, goal-setting, and performance appraisal. We've lived in the East, Midwest, New England, Southwest, Hawaii, and England. [Despite this,I still have a Philly accent.] As I said many times, I lucked out and married Marguerite [an independent and low-maintenance woman] and we have three children. Jack
