Eric Coggins

Eric Coggins holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Global (Cross-cultural) leadership. He has had the privilege to work with individuals from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds including African American, Korean, Khmer (Cambodian), Japanese, African, European, and Latin American. Dr. Coggins believes that every man, woman, and child is a masterpiece fashioned by God's hand and holds a special place in society. His deepest desire is to help others find their true worth for this life in order that they might live life to the fullest. He is growing as an expert in Servant Leadership, a leadership style that promotes the welfare of all stakeholders touched by an organization including the least of these. He currently resides in Southern California with his lovely and talented wife and has five wonderful children.
