Amarilys Gacio Rassler

Amarilys Gacio Rassler is a six time Royal Palm Literary Award winner. One of these awards was given for the story in her latest book, Behind the Scenes, A Different Kind of Christmas Tale. Amarilys’s goal is to touch the hearts of the young and old. She aims to put smiles on her readers’ faces and bring a warm glow to their souls. Her book, Cuban-American, Dancing On The Hyphen, has been used by Oregon State University for class material and influenced the making of American Dreams, an immigration documentary. Amarilys writes about love, freedom, faith, family, and her Cuban culture. She lives to enjoy her family and she is thrilled to see them happily eating the Cuban meals she makes. Amarilys is available as a speaker to children and adults. She speaks about the meaning of Christmas, the supernatural way in which she came to be a woman of faith, and her native land and immigration experience. Find her on Kindle Vella, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
