George Martin

George Martin was the founding editor of God's Word Today magazine, a daily Scripture reading guide. After retiring, he devoted 15 years to studying and writing about the four Gospels, resulting in the Opening the Scriptures series. His first book, Reading Scripture as the Word of God (1975) is now available in an updated edition as Reading God's Word Today. George and his wife Mary live in St. Petersburg, Florida.
