Steve Roth

Steve Roth spent a good part of his career working all around the entertainment business. As a television comedy writer, he worked on a variety of network, cable, and syndicated TV programs, from the CBS hit series Designing Women to Nickelodeon's first live-action series, Hey Dude. In addition to TV, Steve produced, directed, and wrote the experimental feature film comedy Vacation Survivors which premiered in Los Angeles and screened at the Independent Feature Film Market in New York City and at the Santa Clarita Film Festival. Outside of entertainment, Steve has worked for a number of years in the area of advertising and marketing. In the athletic arena, Steve is a competitive archer who can hit a tea cup at 60 yards, an average golfer who tries to keep it in the fairway, and a dedicated exerciser who works out in his home gym.

Karen Roth, MS, CNC holds a Master of Science Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University and earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Irvine. Karen has been featured on national television, in print publications such as USA Today, has served as a radio host, and is an active social media blogger and public speaker. As a holistic nutritionist, Karen shares her knowledge to empower her clients and others to take control of their health with food choices that best support their specific health condition. A specialist in hormone balancing, Karen believes that every ill health condition can benefit and possibly improve from a solid foundation of healthy food choices.

Karen and Steve reside in the San Diego area with their beagle, Riley who likes to eat his vegetables.
