Russell E. Martin

Russell E. Martin (1963-) grew up on an island in the middle of the Ohio River--Neville Island, PA. He took his degrees from the University of Pittsburgh (1986) and Harvard (1988 and 1996). He is professor of History at Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA.
