Claudia Alexander

Claudia Alexander, Ph.D., is a scientist, writer, and independent publisher. She studies the planets and flies spacecraft by day. By night she re-imagines the universe -- creating different worlds, and magical adventures. She has written a number of children's science-learning books, steampunk short stories, and a full length elf-punk romance.

Red Phoenix Books, her publishing arm, was established in 2002. With Red Phoenix Books she produces authors Carol Fenner, and Diane Schochet.
