Byron Lehman

Byron Lehman has written over 25 novels and hundreds of short stories.

He's from Lima, Ohio. After elementary school, he lived on a farm in Bath Township near Lima. He now lives in Boise, Idaho.

After four years of military service, he had several jobs over the next few years. Finally, he worked for 30 years as a machine operator at Dana Corporation in Lima.

Byron first started writing when he was in high school. And for the next 25 years wrote for his private enjoyment. It was in the 90s, while writing for a company newsletter, that he began submitting short stories. He wrote his first novel in the late 90s and started writing more vigorously after retiring in 2004.

His writing is simple and direct. None contain offensive language. What the reader sees and reads are Byron's words. "Sometimes books are so heavily edited and revised, they bear little or no resemblance to the writer's original work." Byron's work is as he, the writer, intended.
