Larry Welch

Larry Welch was born and raised in the American Midwest, served the United States Navy for 24 years and took a second career with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. He is owner of the Full Moon Rubber Plantation in Thailand and works as an English teacher in Hanoi, Vietnam.
