So you want to know about me?

Writing is a hobby-turned-addiction for me and it allows me to explore my creative self. I often use it to explore my own ideas on topics of importance to us as human beings and many of my novels reflect that. The reader who wants to look deeper than the day-to-day happenings of the plot might just be able to pick out an underlying message in the story. Regardless of whether you like to do that or not, I try to include a lot of entertainment value in my stories.

I also have a more ordinary life outside of my imagination. I work in my other career, look after my children and fold laundry (when I can’t get out of it!). I like to bake, but routinely burn meat when I cook because I get busy doing other things and then forget about it. (Believe me; you don’t want to come for dinner!) I also like to draw, and consider a summer day incomplete unless I’ve had my hands in the dirt of my gardens. Like you, I’m just another person travelling on this journey we call life.
