Richard Fox, qualified coach, business start up specialist, and author

Richard is an experienced public speaker, training facilitator, qualified coach and a Master NLP Practitioner. He has an honours degree in law, economics and accountancy. The first half of his career was in major accounting and consulting practices culminating as a partner in KPMG. In 1993 he set up The Learning Corporation LLP, a pan-European firm specialising in developing people. This has enabled him to deepen his business and management experience and expertise in personal effectiveness, inter-personal skills and leadership, which make him well qualified to write and promote his books.

Richard has worked in a wide range of industry sectors, in the public and private sectors and for not-for-profit organisations. He has advised organisations of all sizes from start-ups to global corporations. He has worked in over 25 countries.

His latest book is 'Your Dream Job Toolkit - how to land the job you love', published in April 2021. At least 85% of the material for this book was taken from his Job Club Facilitator's Guide. Joanna Lott created the book, updating sections on on-line applications and interviews and social media.

His second book 'Making Relationships Work at Work - a toolkit for getting more done with less stress', published in 2020, is the first book to cover all the main aspects of building and maintain good working relationships. Its 15 chapters are full of proven tips and tools. The book achieved Amazon's number 1 business best seller award in June 2020.

His first book is ‘Creating a Purposeful Life - How to reclaim your life, live more meaningfully and befriend time’ published in 2012, centres around each person's uniqueness. It is ideal for people at a cross-roads in their lives or for people who are job hunting. Outside work Richard’s main interests are designing and leading walks, choral music, socialising, and exploring the natural world. He is a member of St. Saviour’s Church, Guildford with a special interest in spirituality.
