Where she lived for many years and later in Newark, NJ. Winifred Completed undergraduate work earning a B.A. in Sociology from Douglass College-Rutgers the State University New Brunswick, NJ and later attained a Teaching Certificate and M.A. Degree in Special Education A teaching certificate and M.A. Degree in Special Education from Kean University, Union, NJ. She is a proud step mom and grandmother. She enjoys reading, writing, teaching, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
