Jonathan Balog

Taking his cues from Clive Barker, J.G. Ballard, Ray Bradbury, and Neil Gaiman, Jonathan Balog operates in the badlands within the triangle of fantasy, sci-fi, and horror. His fiction and poetry have been anthologized in both the US and the UK, most notably in Chiral Mad 3, Chilling Ghost Short Stories (Flame Tree Publishing), Ominous Realities, Dark Visions (Volume 1) and Dread: A Head Full of Bad Dreams--The Best of Grey Matter Press. His work has also been featured in ARES Magazine, Independent Ink Magazine and Dark Moon Digest.

Jonathan grew up in Maryland, and graduated from Washington College in 2005 with a BA in English. He currently lives in Rome, Italy.
