Brilliant books, wonderful writing, Zella Compton tells action packed stories with amazing characters.

Zella fell in love with words at an early age, and makes her living by writing articles for magazines and newspapers, as well as editing loads of publications (about weddings and golf and businesses and all sorts). Now she spends most of her time running a daily news website, as well as working on her latest projects.

When she's not writing, Zella likes swimming in the sea, painting and trying out new recipes.

The Ten Rules of Skimming was her first novel - published in 2011 by Mogzilla for young adults.
