Stephen. Burris is a Research Missiologist undertaking research, writing, teaching, publishing and consulting In the areas of missiology and urban ministry. He is the principal owner and senior editor of Urban Loft Publishers. He has edited or co-edited several books, including Critical Issues Facing Christian Schools, Essentials of Christian Faith, Essentials of Christian Practice, Declare His Glory Among the Nations, Getting In Step With the God of the Nations, Completing the Task: Reaching the World for Christ, and River of God. He is currently editing two series of books, "Urban Ministry in the 21st Century" and is co-general editor of "The Polis Bible Commentary."
