Philip West

Philip West has a degree in Natural Sciences, and a PhD in Philosophy and related subjects, both from Cambridge University in the UK. He taught students aged 8 to 18 for many years in a variety of schools and is now an author.

Just Think, contains philosophy puzzles for intelligent children aged 9 to 14 and their parents and teachers. These originated in a Philosopher of the Week competition which he ran at Westminster Under School in London. They were subsequently published in a well-known children's magazine. The sequel, Think Again, is now also published.

Philip lives in London with his wife Tricia, who is a retired primary school headteacher.
