Bill Kinkade

After 50+ years of experience in political campaigns, a private investigator in Kansas City, where he was instrumental in sending seven men to federal prison, Bill Kinkade had a unique gift for observing human behavior in times of stress and adversity. After his retirement in 2011, he published his first novel, “Arkansas Knights”, a fictional tale of some facinating characters that pioneered the development of early-day Arkansas.

His second novel, “Two Minutes To Live---Ten Seconds To Die” deals with conflicts faced by today’s police officers and the politicians who make the rules that define their jobs.
