Regan Lu Shieh

Regan Lu Shieh was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 24, 1984, but did not live there long. He spent most of his elementary school years in Michigan in Ann Arbor, at where his father was studying to get his PhD from the University of Michigan and his mother getting her Master's from Eastern Michigan University. He then moved to Taiwan for 1 year, but did not adapt well to the education system there, so he decided to go to Hawaii to finish his middle school education. For middle school, he went to Star of the Sea Catholic school and earned straight "A's". He decided to return to Taiwan, but his Mandarin language skills forced him to have to go to the Taipei American School, at where he made the Honors Roll. Eventually, he moved back to Michigan and studied Linguistics at Eastern Michigan University.
