Karen Leibowitz

Karen Leibowitz is a writer and restaurateur. She is the co-author of Atelier Crenn: The Metamorphosis of Taste with Dominique Crenn (Houghton Mifflin, 2015) and of Mission Street Food: Recipes and Ideas from an Improbable Restaurant, with her husband, Anthony Myint (McSweeney's, 2011). Her writing has been published by Food & Wine, The New York Times, Lucky Peach, Modern Farmer, Cherry Bombe, and other publications. She is also a co-founder of restaurants including The Perennial (SF), Mission Chinese Food (SF & NYC), and Commonwealth (SF).
