Ranjit Sidhu

Ranjit Sidhu is skilled in the theory and practice of project management and organisational change management and speaks regularly on the process and the behavioural side of managing business transformation. Her interest in neuroscience ensures that her knowledge is applied against the context of the latest thinking in business psychology. She is Founder of the professional development company ChangeQuest Ltd (www.changequest.co.uk).

Ranjit is a recognised authority on change management and behavioural skills. She is one of four experts that compiled the Change Management Institute's first Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), and she authored the 'Communication and Engagement' chapter for The Effective Change Manager's Handbook, published by Kogan Page.

Ranjit also wrote the handbook Titanic Lessons in Project Leadership to highlight guidelines for effective communication and team building, and was a contributing author for the Gower Handbook of People in Project Management.

Ranjit is an accredited trainer for APMG International's Change Management, AgilePM and Facilitation Skills certifications. She is also a certified trainer of NLP and a Board member of the Association of Project Management. Her practical experience spans Europe, North America and Africa.
